Come to work, stay for focus.

  1. Grab a mug of your favorite coffee or tea.

  2. Start the Pomodoro timer and complete four 25-minute segments of deep focus work.

  3. While you're on break, try one of The Cafe's recommended stretches, or grab a snack!

standing stretches

  • touch toes (20 seconds)

  • pull arm across chest (20s each side)

  • roll head (5 circles each way)

  • stretch calves :(20 seconds each leg)

  • walk around the room twice

sitting stretches

  • bend and straighten knees (10 times, tighten thigh muscles to straighten)

  • stretch wrists back (20s each side)

  • roll head (5 circles each way)

  • let eyes focus on a distant object (30s, repeat twice)

  • shrug shoulders (10 times)
